How prayerhub.info can serve your organisation

Whether you have half a dozen or half a million members, the prayer hub will provide features that will be of use to your organisation.

The major benefit to you is the centralised provision and sharing of information.  The prayer hub will act as a clearing house for various types of information and prayer requests among the praying community.  Each article is input on a website form.  The articles are categorised and allotted the date that they should become visible and what type of site user should see them.   Every item submitted is signed off by a trained editor before being published to the website.

Subject to pre-defined 'system rules' the information then becomes available through embedded pages on all of the subscribing organisations websites as well as on the main prayerhub.info site.

There are 3 levels of website user -

1. Site visitor - a casual user who does not register.
2. Registered User - these are people who register and provide contact name, address, telephone number and email addresses.
3. Prayer Team members - people who provide a church leader reference in addition to the Registered User, once cleared, become Prayer Team members.  The name and branding of the Prayer Team will vary between sites.

In addition to the features on the People page that will be available to their site users - the prayer hub will provide subscribing Prayer organisations with:

• A forum for publishing their articles, information events, and prayer related news

• A banner advertising feature, shared with other subscribing organisations

• User registration and management control panel

• A campaigns tool for targeting email and website based initiatives to their site users

• Detailed site usage and member statistics reports

• 'Private labelling' technology will allow the features to be incorporated into your website

• Secure connections where appropriate

• Remote support and assistance

A suggested tariff based on turnover and/or ability to pay will be negotiated with subscribing organisations, who will have access to all of the application's features and full website integration.

The vision is for this to be a service to the prayer community and every possible step will be taken to make the service accessible and affordable to everyone.
